The major issue of quality control is related to sampling of products, inspecting the samples,besides generalizing the results to the entire product accumulation, all performed based on statistical methods.Controlling the product production process is among other methods used in quality control instead of controlling the provided product by statistical methods like SPC and MSA as well as reengineering techniques. Having laboratory equipment and through specialized quality control methods and using modern degassing methods (by rotary degasser and injection ofneutral gas with flux) to prevent hydrogen porosity and shrinkage, as well asusingalumina ceramic filtersand American nets with a maximum tolerance of 1200°C in the production line to enhance casting fluidity besides improving machining, reducing porosity, and improving surface cleaning and products’ better mechanical properties, all the products of this companyhave been placed under the framework of quality management system.
